Service Rates

Rates

Rates are charged on a per session basis, not duration.  As a reference, a typical massage session is 50 to 60 minutes.

• 1 horse - $85
• 2 to 3 horses - $75 each

Group Discount

As reflected in the rates above, there is a discount for scheduling multiple horses during the same visit to one location.  This benefits a group of boarders at a barn if scheduled on the same day.

Multi-session Discount

Discounts are also available when you schedule multiple sessions for your horse over a specific period.

Travel Fees

No travel fee is assessed for locations within 25 miles of New Britain, PA 18901.  A $15 travel fee is assessed for locations over 25 miles.  Fee is per location, not per horse.  Travel fee will be waived if 3 or more horses are scheduled on the same day and location.

Payment

Payment, in the form of cash or check, is due at time of service.  Please make check payable to Mike Rothouse.

Cancellation Policy

Unforeseen events occasionally occur.  In fairness to all Clients, please honor the policies outlined below.

• 24-hour Advance Notice:  When cancelling an appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.  A last minute cancellation will be considered a "no-show" if I am already in route to your location.
• No-show:  Anyone forgetting their scheduled appointment will be considered a "no-show".  You will be charged 50% of the massage rate including any applicable travel fee.
